Early Life and Background

Ashley Nocera was born on August 15, 1994, in Woodbridge, New Jersey, USA. Coming from a family with a strong fitness background—her father and grandfather were both bodybuilders—Ashley was introduced to physical activities early on. She began swimming at the age of four and competed in various swimming contests by the age of 14. However, at 15, she became self-conscious about her appearance and decided to pursue fitness training to achieve her desired physique. ​

Education

Ashley attended Wagner College in New York, where she majored in nursing. During her studies, she gained practical experience by training in the neonatal intensive care unit of a hospital for two years. She graduated in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. ​

Fitness Career and Achievements

With the support of her boyfriend, Alex Sharoykin, Ashley dedicated herself to rigorous training routines. At 19, she entered her first fitness competition, the 2014 WBFF New York Championships, and won, earning her professional status. She subsequently competed in the WBFF World Championships, placing 7th in 2014 and improving to 5th in 2015. ​

Ashley has leveraged social media to share her fitness journey, amassing over 3 million followers on Instagram and more than 80,000 followers on Facebook. Her self-titled YouTube channel, launched in 2014, features popular videos like "10K Calorie Challenge" and "Epic Cheat Day," attracting millions of views. ​

Ashley began dating Alex Sharoykin in 2009 after connecting on Facebook. They both attended Wagner College, where Ashley studied nursing and Alex majored in business marketing. Their relationship has been a significant source of support throughout Ashley's fitness career. ​
